Hi all! Today I Created a modern 2 story house for EVerGreen Harbor, this lot is located in Grims Quarry on the 30x20 size lot. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a spacious outdoor area for using the recycle machine, fizzing and cadle making.
The has has lots of solar panels and a wind turbine for reducing those bills.

House is located on 30x20 size lot.
