The Sims 3 | Emerald Valley v.1 | World Overview

This is version 1 of Emerald Valley, please bare in mind this project is not fully complete. The world does not come with any finished lots. If you encounter any issues with the world (routing, misplaced objects, extreme lot tearing) please leave a comment on this video explaining the issue.

I will be continuing this Create a World series by building out all the community lots as well as building the residential lots as well. All lots will be released separately and will not be base game or expansion/stuff pack limited.

This world DOES NOT include any custom content and DOES NOT require the use of any mods.
