RIP Happy Birthday :'(
This is just The Sims with House Party installed on top of The Sims, no other expansions. I'm not sure if that's related or not lol. I was annoyed that Happy Birthday didn't hit his carpool, so I just spun him around as a joke with move_objects, and then... Happy Birthday was scorched by the wind.
The number of hours I messed with the move_objects_on cheat as a kid doing everything possible is immeasurable. I tried replicating this but just couldn't make it happen again, so maybe it is just something that only happens if you have just Sims House Party installed? I had Sims Deluxe as a kid, then installed expansions on top of it.
This is an old highlight from August 2016 I found.
