Nanoplastic induces mutations—mutations that accumulate and are inherited. These are irreversible processes, already spreading throughout the entire biosphere.
I addressed this issue in my previous statement, and ALLATRA volunteers have also released several documentary films vividly illustrating the terrifying scale of the nanoplastic crisis.
Today, only we—and I emphasize, only we at ALLATRA—are raising our voices in both the scientific and public arenas about the true danger of nanoplastics and the biological survival crisis they are triggering.
We do not yet have a definitive solution to this problem. However, we do possess the necessary understanding, a solid scientific foundation, and an innovative research approach.
At present, we are investigating a method to reduce nanoplastic’s capacity to accumulate excess electrostatic charge—this is the first step. The next is developing safe methods for removing nanoplastics from living organisms and ecosystems.
We hope that we will have both the time and the means to carry this work forward—alongside solving another urgent problem, one that only we are currently addressing through a full-scale, integrated effort: the problem of the Siberian magma plume—a critical fault line threatening our fragile existence, one that must not, under any circumstances, be left unmonitored.
And now, in conclusion, allow me to address the world’s political leadership—the circle of those who bear responsibility for the future of our planet.
I want you to finally recognize that there are two inescapable threats to all forms of life on Earth today, including your own: the Siberian magma plume and nanoplastics. The resolution of these two most complex challenges will determine the survival of not only us but also you.
To the international public, I make this appeal: Please share this information as widely as possible so that it reaches those individuals I have just mentioned—those in positions of power who now hold the decision in their hands: whether we live or die.
In light of everything I’ve just laid out, I hope you now understand why we at ALLATRA are sounding the alarm—even as we are beaten down and silenced.
Any other organization would have given up long ago. But we are still trying—still trying to break through to your awareness, to your understanding.
Because we believe, with absolute conviction, that life is worth fighting for.
