Flashes and fast movement.

So... I really enjoyed this movie. Ignore the ludicrous premise, lack of subtly and obvious set-up for #3 and honestly it's a fun movie. An extremely violent fun movie.

I haven't seen the first one and I really don't plan on seeing it any time soon.

Frank Grillo absolutely owns this movie and he is far and above the best part of the movie. Though the supporting characters were all reasonably well done, Eva and Cali more-so then Liz and Shane, they all had their moments.
