This video shows a compilation of Scott Forbes talking about the power-down he witnessed at the WTC the weekend prior to 9/11. Scott worked at the Fiduciary Trust Company International on the 97th floor of the South tower.

To this day, the 9/11 Commission and the New York Port Authority deny this power-down ever took place.
