The Shepard Class Starship was a light cruiser created in 2196 century and entering service at the turn of the century with two prototypes. Following on from the successful Walker class, the Shepard would go on to outlast the prior model until the Constitution class replaced it. A multi role exploration ship, it was at home doing science surveys alongside border patrols. There's a lot going on with this craft, so let's analyse it!
