We recently assisted the colonists of Stallas II by supplying a range of new excavation equipment, allowing them to greatly speed up their expansion underground. While demonstrating the new technology, a new type of mineral was discovered that displayed some unusual properties. We relayed our findings to Starfleet Command, who dispatched a science ship to Stallas II to conduct further tests, but before we had left the system we received a distress call from the colony.
The colonists are acting erratically and violently. Has some environmental toxin affected them? Are they under the influence of the Tilikaal? Are the strange energies of the Shackleton Expanse causing this somehow? The characters will have to investigate, but while they do they themselves risk falling prey to whatever sinister force is affecting the colonists of Stellas 2. Can they crew of the Kongzi save not only the colonists, but also themselves? Find out next time, only on the Top Hats Off channel.
