Overwhelmed by sheer volume, charities say they're now starting to send donated used clothes to landfills instead of thrift stores. Some blame the fashion industry for producing more cheap garments than anyone can handle.

Clarification: After publication of this video Value Village clarified that all goods donated at its stores are accepted on behalf of charities and it pays the charities for them.
