The 7th Gallant Lady, which returned to Holland last Tuesday left Rotterdam for Aalsmeer early this morning. The 52.46m/ 172’0” yacht returned home after 25 years . Footage by The Nautical Lady & Dutch Yachting.
The American car dealer Jim Moran owned over 200 yachts in his lifetime of which 8 Feadships which were all named Gallant Lady. The eighth and last Feadship was delivered to Moran just before he passed away in 2007. The 1996 delivered 7th Gallant Lady was the longest yacht he purchased from the Dutch yacht builder. All Gallant Lady's were delivered by De Vries in Aalsmeer and now the 7th Gallant Lady which is still in possession of the Moran family returned to Aalsmeer to have a refit.
