You can buy a Sennheiser HD 600 for around $300 these days, though its original price is closer to $1,000. And IMO even at $1,000, it'd be worth it. After 8 years of owning this headphone and comparing to virtually everything else, here's my review of the Sennheiser HD 600. It is my favorite headphone.
