These cows seem to mostly fend for themselves but I believe belong to a nearby rancher. During rainstorms they take cover under the nearby trees and seem to get most all their food from naturally grazing the area and their water from well placed water troughs. Filmed at Briones Park in the East San Francisco Bay Area.
