2 Ways to Play SEGA SATURN Game In A Single Console | The SaturnSwitcher
Up until recently, optical drive emulators strictly replaced the optical drive of a console. Once they were installed you could no longer play your collection of physical games and instead had to rely on backups stored on solid state media like a SD card.
