Professor Layton is one of those series where the music seems especially important. Each games' soundtrack brings you into their game's world and crafts the mysterious, goodhearted, gentlemanly vibe that sits at the heart of the series. After transcribing and studying the title themes from each of the mainline games in the series, I put together a road map for how to craft your own music in the style of a Professor Layton theme.
