Krokiety are Poland's crispy rolled croquettes that feature thin naleśniki (crêpes) wrapped around a savoury filling. They’re traditionally breaded and fried until golden. This is my take on the most classic version of all with a mushroom and sauce the vegetarian filling served with barszcz on Polish Christmas Eve made the AIR-FRYER way: same crunch, no pan of oil, and no mess!
