In this talk, Sumit Dubey (Entrepreneur & Fitness Coach) shares how consistent exercise, discipline, and balanced nutrition can lead to lasting fitness and health. He emphasizes simple, sustainable habits that transform the body and promote long-term wellness, especially for urban Indian women. Sumit Dubey, with 16 years in the fitness industry, transitioned from offline training in South Delhi to fully online post-COVID. He now leads a team of over 100 fitness trainers, yoga coaches, and nutritionists, training approximately 4,000 students daily across 200 batches with 15 different timings. Catering primarily to urban Indian women over 30, his team has transformed around 25,000 people in the past three years. Sumit's dedication to fitness excellence earned his program the "Most Trusted Online Fitness Classes in India" award from Times Apploud Magazine.
