We found a major design flaw we encountered while building the @bondtechab and @Prusa3D INDX Founders Edition (it has since been fixed with our feedback though!). After over 15 hours of live streaming, we ran into a "game-breaking" problem with the tool dock holders that nearly brought the entire build to a screeching halt.
We performed an autopsy on the failed 3D printed parts using the Sonic Max ultrasonic cutter to reveal exactly why the parts from the Prusa print farm failed. We'll show you how weak infill and perimeter settings caused the screw holes to shatter and the threads to pull right out, but all hope is not lost weary builder, you can easily make new parts and future Founders Edition and Prusa Edition kits all have the fixes implemented!
