The Second Empire of Plagatéa is a diarchical state that covers the majority of the continent of Plagos in North-eastern Rathnir and also part of Arsine, in South-west Eldham, currently ruled in Rathnir by Tagavor Alexander S. Numachi and ruled in Eldham by Tagavor Leon Olsen-Tanaka. It consists of multiple Lordship provinces ruled by feudal Lords, all united under the Tagavors, and is a member of the Sapphire Commonwealth.
