Kelly Leonard oversaw Second City’s live theatrical divisions for more than 20 years, working with such talent as Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Seth Meyers, Keegan Michael Key and of course, Stephen Colbert and Harold Ramis. He's now the head of an innovative collaboration between The Second City and the University of Chicago's Booth School: a Behavioral Science and Improvisation Initiative, which uses evidence-based insights to understand how improvisation can enhance communication, collaboration and well-being in everyday life.
