Last month, ECU’s Industrial Design Faculty hosted the second annual Industrial Design (INDD) Open Studio, featuring fourth-year Industrial Design students sharing in-progress work from their graduation projects.
Led by ECU faculty members Charlotte Falk, Pablo Mariano and Patricia Vera, the event invited students, faculty, alumni and other art and design industry professionals to hear from and offer feedback to the students about their work.
Developed and organized by the Industrial Design program (Faculty of Design + Dynamic Media), this 2026 edition is part of Shumka Centre for Creative Entrepreneurship’s Pathways for Creative Futures program delivered in partnership with the Business + Higher Education Roundtable, and with support from the Government of Canada.
