this season of your life is important
i'm in a season of my life right now where i'm mainly focused on me. my health, my fitness goals, doing what i love & falling in love with myself. it's a lonely & sometimes depressing season to be in, but i'm learning that it's also a beautiful one. for many of us feeling this shift in the collective consciousness happening, we may feel called to focus on healing ourselves before we try to worry about others right now. or maybe you're starting a new chapter in your life & the external world is shifting for you as well. no matter what season you're in in your life, being present & honoring where your at will invite in so much more light & love through this journey.
