– Turned a university partnership into a proving ground for breakthrough tech
– Shifted the energy conversation with real policy wins in Texas
– Made complex regulation legible enough for a Webby nod
– Built coalitions across AI, music, and public policy
– Testified before Congress on how to govern AI without stifling it
Phase One was a minimum viable movement.
