This is the bad ending in Sister Location, where you get scooped by "the scooper," which is being controlled by Ennard. Ennard then scoops out your skeleton and replaces it with his endoskeleton, so his soul can live on in a human body. Ennard is possessed by a little girl's soul, who wants to be free, but can't leave unless she looks like human, which basically tells the lore of sister location.
