A friend gave me some Tannerite a while back, but until recently I never had a place to shoot it. After a lot of research, I realized Tannerite and binary explosives are a super complicated and understudied field. In this video we explore what is known about Tannerite and how its unique mixture can only be detonated by a supersonic bullet. We also take a look into oxygen balance and its effects on explosions.
