She was one of the top leaders in Pruvit, joined an "Affiliate" program and then was terminated and sued by them. The information about the lawsuit is linked below. Apparently, her and Pruvit came to a settlement where she couldn't join another company for a year and wasn't allowed to talk to anyone in Pruvit.
This is her "I'm back" video where she is so hyped up and ready to recruit into the next thing. I just wonder if the things she said on this about Pruvit, their numbers over the last few years and talking to her former team are breaking the settlement terms with Pruvit?
