For the last few months I've been watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer on Netflix. I'd never watched it when it originally aired, but I thought I'd give it a try. It is such a good show; easily one of my favorites. I've now just finished watching season 5 of Buffy recently, and wow what a finale. So I decided to do a cover of the music that is heard during Buffy's sacrifice. It is composed by Christophe Beck, and like the Buffy/Angel Love Theme, which he also composed, it employs a very simple but effective motif.
