Hi everyone,

I got a chance to visit The Row boutique in NYC during my trip. Long story short, I feel like it was waste of my precious vacation/travel time.
You don't feel appreciated as a customer, they didn't have a lot in stock.
They treat you like a liability in the store and not someone that would be making a purchase in store.

So needless to say, I will be limiting my shopping to online/secondhand only. I don't feel that I should be begging someone to spend my money there.

The google reviews of the boutique are pretty accurate. The girls helping me at Aritiza were nicer to me than the staff at The Row boutique.

Hope this sets the correct expectation if you were also looking to check out the NYC boutique on your trip to NYC. And I would say maybe skip if you are in a time crunch and visit the department stores that carry The Row products instead.
