After nearly 2 million votes from over 117,000, thousands of rock enthusiasts descended on downtown Auckland for The Rock 2000 Live event to hear the top 20 rock songs broadcast before the epic live acts take the stage for a night of musical mayhem with performances from Grinspoon, Tadpole, and Blindspott with The Philharmonic Orchestra, who transformed their iconic sound into an unforgettable symphonic experience.

The rock-loving legends voted Black Sabbath's "War Pigs" as the #1 track for this year's Rock 2000. Given that we said goodbye to Ozzy Osbourne in July, it's no surprise the Black Sabbath frontman was all over the top 10 - but it is a great tribute to his unreal legacy.
