I guess the game now stays relatively easy at this point, even when there's status staves and siege tomes. I didn't really yeet Melusine here so other characters can train up.
There are 2 paths to Aier, you can just charge towards one path to save time, but since the enemies have really good EXP, it's better to train up more characters to get ready for the final chapter.
As for Aier himself, he doesn't move, it's not really that difficult as long as you have a character who can survive a hit, the stat items and the iron rune will help significantly.
