This is the story of one of the craziest weeks in gaming history. I take a look at the history of how Valve attempted to bring in mods to Steam which cost money.

Marred by controversy and huge resistance from the get go, the addition of being able to buy mods on the Steam Workshop caused such massive debate within the community, that it was reversed only a week or so after being implemented.
