Create a page with 8 specific steps in the order of your choice, get inspiration from some inspiration words: Rhythm, Grow, Heart, Spectrum and Triangle.
I often go to song lyrics for inspiration. The first that came to mind was "The Rhythm of my heart" with Rod Stewart and there is another line in the song where he sings "Where the Ocean meets the Sky".
Steps:
1. Glue torn book text paper fragments
2. Add a thin layer of Gesso or colour
3. Make marks with your fingers
4. Add stamping to your page
5. Add a single focal image
6. Apply splatters or drips
7. Add a quote, phrase or title
8. Doodle around your page edges

• Gel Medium
• Acrylics in blue
• White Gesso
• A small text stamp from Prima and one with small circles
• StazOn - Jet Black
• White Posca Pen
• Stabilo All black
• Blending stomp from Ranger
• Red parchment paper
• Black Pen
