Our relationship with Jesus brings great blessing, however, Jesus never used reward as an enticement to follow Him. In this clip, Bill Johnson teaches from the rich young rulers’ encounter with Jesus in Luke 18. He wanted to follow Jesus, but was not willing to give up his possessions. Jesus promises to bless us in our relationship with Him, but if we base our relationship with Him on the reward we will receive, our foundation will be shaky.
