Why hello there. Welcome to the remains of Belle Promenade Mall located in Marrero, Louisiana. The mall would open in 1983 with JCPenney, D.H Holmes, Godchaux’s as anchors. By the mid to late 90s the mall would start to struggle and by 2000 the mall would closed and in 2001 the mall would be demolished. As of 2026 only a few tile and concrete pads still exist. Let’s go take a look.
