The amount of rejected ballot papers in the Council Elections in Scotland on the 4th May 2017 was ridiculous. People were putting Crosses & ticks in several boxes when thety should have been putting numbers. Was it stupidity ignorance or the failure of the people organising this election to get people to understand how the STV vote system works.
