LET'S HEAD FOR 1,500 LIKES!
Growing up as a Power Rangers fan on the internet, we would know about Super Sentai, the Japanese series Power Rangers takes it’s footage from. We would be watching the latest Sentai year after year and speculate how they would turn it into a Power Rangers season. And usually, we were a year behind the Sentai, so when one Sentai would end, the Power Rangers adaptation would be out shortly after. However, due to Disney cancelling the series in 2010 with Saban picking it up, come Samurai, we were now 2 years behind the Sentai, and stay this was. After skipping Go-Busters in 2015 for an adaption of Kyoryuger, the next in line was a train based Super Sentai called Resha Sentai Toqger, a show based on trains. However, when the announcement came in 2016 as to what show they would be doing next, they would side with the ninjas and turn Shuriken Sentai Ninninger as their next adaption, abandoning the trains. Let’s hop on board and see the train team lost to adaptation times.

Ressha Sentai ToQger (烈車戦隊トッキュウジャ) is a Japanese tokusatsu series and the 38th installment in Toei Company's Super Sentai metaseries. The series has a train motif, and unlike many previous series where the heroes are named after colors, the heroes in ToQger are numbered and also regularly swap colors during battle.
