In this video I walk through a real crash from one of my MSF training classes: a rider who was doing everything right. I break down the physics of exactly why that reflex causes a crash, why the wrong version of it can survive years of riding without ever getting corrected, and what to actually do instead the next time something catches you off guard mid-corner.
