In this episode we introduce a brand new set of characters, the circus rats Summer and Salt, and the wayward travelers Xenia and Tehm. Tehm has seen something that peeks his interest in a bright and shiny spear wielding by a champion of Arena combat, and wants to get a look at it for himself. He and Xenia seek out assistance in some stealthy and nimble fingers in the Acrorats, and convince the two to help them seek out the spear. The rats, being on the run for stealing coin from their circus ring leader, decide that the company of 2 large figures might be good for their longevity, and so choose to help the duo out.
