Witches of all types share in a type of sacrifical and/or eucharistic meal as part of our rites. Laurelei looks at the roots of this meal, its symbolism and Mysteries, and gives demos of both British Traditional Wiccan (ie, Gardnerian/Alexandrian) AND Trad Craft (American Folkloric) examples. There's even some mildly awkward solo singing. =P Offered with love for educational purposes.
