I've seen this play out over and over. Someone buys into a new system, gets excited, and tries to roll it out to their team. Then they hit a wall—nobody wants to use it.
And it's almost never a technology problem. It's a rollout problem.
You can't just drop a new automation on someone's desk and say "use this now." You just changed how they do their job. Nobody likes that. Nobody asked for that.
If you want your team to adopt new technology, you have to advocate for them—not just for the tool. Show them how it makes their life easier. Get their input before you build it. Make them part of the process instead of a victim of it.
The best automation in the world is useless if nobody uses it.
