Sky's Jason Farrell has reunited with homeless man Ian Harrison to hear how he is doing as he navigates life in a hostel.

Jason last filmed with Ian last year, when he was sleeping rough in London.

He is now in a hostel but still struggling to get off the merry-go-round of homelessness, with this approximately the 30th hostel he has stayed in.
