Well it is even much simpler than what I have shown. Lets dump the parts we don't need and get great light output using a special current loop that I want to call the 'Stiffler Loop'. This is used in all HHO, and SEC Exciter LED Board circuits along with the Quantum Receiver. Low input single wire for very good light output.
