What is the real price of lust? Most Christians think the price comes afterward the guilt, the shame, the regret, the broken relationships, or the consequences of giving in. But what if those are not where the payment begins?
What if lust starts costing you something long before your life visibly falls apart? In this biblical documentary, TRUTH DAILY HUB investigates a deeper question about lust, desire, temptation, and satisfaction: What happens when repeatedly following a desire begins changing what feels valuable to you?
Jesus moves the danger backward from the visible act to the eye and the heart. Solomon gives us a disturbing picture of desire and satisfaction: “whatever my eyes desired I did not keep from them” yet abundance still failed to produce what we might expect. James shows desire drawing and enticing a person before the visible consequence appears. And finally, Esau gives us something different: An exchange.
Something immediate becomes valuable enough, in a single moment, for something far greater to be traded away. That changes the investigation. Because perhaps the real price of lust is not only what disappears from your life afterward. Perhaps the deeper danger is what repeated surrender can gradually teach you to value less in order to keep choosing what you want now. And if desire itself can change... how do you know when what you want can still be trusted?

If you are a Christian struggling with lust, temptation, recurring desire, or the cycle of temporary satisfaction followed by regret, the practical question still matters:
“How do I stop?”
This documentary does not dismiss that question. It investigates another question that may be happening underneath it: “What has repeatedly following this desire been teaching me to value?”
Because understanding what lust is costing you may require looking not only at what happens after you give in but at what may be changing before the consequences become visible.

The 10 Second Rule That Stops Lust Before It Starts | Scenario 3 Will Surprise You
#christianmen #overcominglust #stopluststnow
You have 10 seconds. That is it. Ten seconds between the moment lust attacks and the moment you either win or lose the battle. Most Christian men do not know this window exists—and that is why they keep losing.
In this video, I reveal the 10-second rule that neuroscience and Scripture both confirm: the war for purity is decided in the first 10 seconds. After that, your brain chemistry takes over, your self-control weakens, and resisting becomes exponentially harder.
But if you know what to do in that critical 10-second window, you can stop lust before it ever takes root.
Discover:
→ What happens in your brain in the first 10 seconds of temptation
→ The 3 scenarios where lust attacks (and exactly what to do in each one)
→ How to interrupt the pattern before dopamine and adrenaline hijack your self-control
→ The biblical strategy Joseph used to win in seconds, not minutes
→ How to train the 10-second reflex so resistance becomes automatic
→ Why most Christian men lose the battle before they even realize it started
This is not theory. This is practical, battle-tested strategy for the moment temptation hits. When the lustful thought enters your mind. When the trigger appears on your screen. When you are alone and the pull feels overwhelming. You have 10 seconds to act.
