In this session, Jerry and Joyce give some stories of their own experience getting started in literacy, as well as present the theological grounds for its importance. Literacy was God’s idea and it’s worth the effort! The written word doesn’t change, it stands as a reminder of the message, and it enables full access for those who are taught to read that message.
