As a “Ramen creator”, Tomoharu Shono is dedicating his life to pursue new ingredients and tastes, aspiring to create “a bowl for tomorrow”.

Shono developed his passion for Ramen since a young age; following his vision to develop ramen towards the field of gastronomy, Shono now operates nine Ramen restaurants in Japan, in addition to one restaurant in San Franscisco.
