The Prosecutors formed while Kevn Kinney and Doug LaValliere were still in High School. With Doug being the younger brother of two members of the Haskels and Kevn being the Haskels roadie, the connection between the two Milwaukee bands didn't stop there. Marty, their first (albeit short lived) drummer, was the sound man for the Haskels. The Prosecutors continued to go through a flurry of drummers in the few years they played together but John Tessier was most constant. He recorded a 7" with the band which was released shortly after he quit the group.
