So, yeah, Im starting another OC Multi Editor Project as well. And its for that one song from Homestar Runner. Differet Town! I thought I do something simple while my Rockefeller MAP/MEP is in progress. And its incredibly short to so theres not much parts there. ^^;
I know theres like a lot of them at the moment. (And I think this is going to get over shadowed...) but I would like to host one myself to see what happen. You can message via Tumbr (ChibiGissy or Gissyfanime), YouTube(ChibiGissy or Eva Charat Staff) , deviantART (Giss-chan) or CREATIVE STUDIO FORUM(ChibiGissy).
There are some longer or shorter than others, so chose wisely for yourself. ^^
Regular Rules are:
1. Its one part per person
2. This is a PMV style MEP, so please do not animate your part. Small animations are allowed (eyes opening, hair movement, ect). Tweening encouraged!
3. Its has to be your own work. (Fanime, OC, persona, etc..)
3.5. It also cannot be linked to any fandoms as well. It has to be entirely new.
4. Keep it in a WMV, MP4 or AVI file. (Preferably the former two but I will think something for the third latter.)
5. Have your parts in a 16:9 raito. I dont have a good programs to crop it like that. (Im sorry) Like the best canvas to do is 1280x720 pixels.
6. You cannot use your old artwork. It has to be entirely new for the music in particular.
7. No NSFW please. Theres children on the web and I dont wanna get sued.
8. Keep it to the feel of the song. Humorious and fun!
9. In order to sign up, say Im sure my town will be different!
