People gathered in Seattle to share art inspired by Jimothy, the city's beloved unique-looking raccoon, at an art contest hosted by Seattle City Council members. Attendees voted on which piece of Jimothy art would be displayed in City Hall.

According to the Seattle Times, there were two winners: an oil painting and a stained-glass depiction of the raccoon titled “St. Jimothy.”

“When Ballard Seattle throws an art contest for Jimothy and the artists SHOW UP,” event attendee Emily Sims shared in a post on social media.
