“The Princesses & Mane 6 vs. Cozy Glow“ from the episode “The Ending of the End“ of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic” (S09E24).

In the epic two-part conclusion to the season arc, Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow put their plan into motion, defeating “Grogar”, taking his and Discord’s magic, and bringing Equestria to its knees.
The final song of the season and series is saved for the final episode, so William Anderson’s score gets another 44 full minutes to shine. And as you might expect with the stakes so high, this episode’s score is full of high-energy action, with plenty of slower, more emotional pieces mixed in. Between this and the final episode, numerous iconic themes from the show are brought back for one final hurrah, including the My Little Pony brand motif.
But inbetween those returning cues, there’s an insane about of wonderful and even beautiful score written just for this episode, and it’s well worth it to listen to every single track.

Meanwhile, back in Canterlot Castle, the Princesses and Mane 6 are having it out with Alicorn Cozy Glow.
The track starts out briefly with some of Cozy's instrumentation, before shifting to an intense battle number.
As Twilight puts a surprise attack of the Mane 6 into motion, the music shifts to a more positive sounding, yet still desparate, tone. But right as it seems like they might win, Chrysalis and Tirek show back up to crash the party.
