Mike… WE LOVE YOU!!! What a courageous man, willing to stand up and begin the process of releasing frozen emotions that have been with him for DECADES. Forgiveness has IMMENSE power!!! ⭐️ Yesterday, I spoke to Mike again to check in on him and a breakthrough occurred. He saw a different perspective from his 5 year old self. He was able to see that his father was screaming at him not to take him down, but because his father felt guilty for what had occurred and didn’t know how to best deal with it in the moment. Through this realization, Mike was able to change the meaning he associated with this past experience which is currently changing both his present and future self for the better!!!
