The HBS Institute for Business in Global Society and the Mid-US Research Center brought together over 60 leaders in Nashville — CEOs, mayors, workforce developers, investors, and academics — for an honest conversation about the role of business in advancing economic mobility.
Not a panel. Not a lecture. A real exchange across sectors, geographies, and perspectives that don't usually share a table.
What came out of it: New research that gives private sector leaders the data points and talking points to act. Real examples of what's working. And a shared conviction that business can make a difference in society, but not alone.
